My Laptop stops working more often recently...,suddenly  not working properlly. ...nor the touchpad  working  neither the key.
It looks freezed on the displayed video or game , no appearance for the mouse pointer nor any sign of working except for the displayed frozen screen ....
It won't work again eeven if I left it for hours ,,,, untill I shut it down by the power button.

Hi @Asmaa_Amin,

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community. I reviewed the case regarding a query for assistance with freezing issues of the notebook. I will be delighted to assist you here.

Superb description and terrific observations made before posting. Kudos to you for that. 🙂

For better clarity and to assist you correctly, I would require more information regarding this:

  • To assist you correctly I will require the complete product# or model# of the computer.
  • Did this happen after a recent power outage or surge?
  • Did it occur after a recent software or Windows update?
  • Did you run hardware diagnostics on the notebook?

Please provide all this information to assist you correctly.

Hope this helps. Let me know how this goes. I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. 🙂 Please reach out for any issues and I'll be there to assist you. 🙂

To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help.

If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles. 🙂

Take care now and have a splendid week ahead. 🙂
