For better clarity and to assist you correctly, I would require more information regarding this:
- To assist you correctly I will require the complete product# or model# of the computer.
- Did this happen after a recent power outage or surge?
- Did it occur after a recent software or Windows update?
- Did you run hardware diagnostics on the notebook?
Please provide all this information to assist you correctly.
