Product: I don’t know it

My printer is asking for a password when I choose the printer but I don’t have a password I am using my Apple phone 6SPlus to print some pictures. I used the password from the motel I’m staying at. Can someone help me?

@Snoopy012, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following:

  • Which printer are you using? Refer to this link for help on finding the product name
  • How is the printer connected to your iPhone i.e., via WiFi Direct or via Wireless network?

If you are using WiFi Direct connection, try 12345678 as the password.
