So I have plugged my Hewlett-Packard tablet in to charge but when I try to turn it on it says this: ‘HP Battery Low, Please Charge the Battery... Battery 0%’. It has said this for about an hour now, the plug is plugged in and switched on so the charger isn’t the issue.

Hello @k8m29

Can you open Windows and go to the Device Manager?

IF so, expand Batteries and right click on Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery and delete it.

Do the same for Microsoft AC Adapter.

Reboot the tablet.

Does it charge now?
