Hi:

 

You would have to contact HP in your country to see if recovery media is available for that model notebook.

 

https://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

 

You can always clean install W10 for free by using the media creation tool at the link below to create a bootable W10 USB installer.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

After W10 installs you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page...
