I am pretty sure I do not understand most of what you have written.

It appears you might have an "Acer Aspire" computer.

Whatever is going on with the computer is not likely related to an HP computer in any way.  Our Community is dedicated to help for HP technology - for example, HP computers, notebooks, printers, and accessories.

Please read what you have written - straighten out what you are trying to ask - and consider asking your question at one of the following places to find help:

  • Microsoft Windows Forum - Ask the Microsoft Community
  • Your Security Software website (for example, if you have Norton security, visit their website)
  • Your email service website (for example, if you have gmail, visit Google / Gmail website)
  • Your Acer computer forum website - Acer Community

Be careful out there...

Please do not provide any provide information in any public website - for example, do not post your private email address, your real name, your exact location, nor any information about your specific computer (serial number, for example).  Do NOT give out your credit card number to people who claim they just want to help.

Do NOT accept emails from people you do not know - and do NOT click on websites or call phone numbers that you do not recognize.  For example, if someone posts that they can help you if you would just give them your credit card number, this person is NOT trying to help you.

Thank you for participating in the HP Community Forum.
