Opened 2weeks ago and all I’m getting is a blue screen that’s trying to load

Do you see any errors on the screen or is it just blue?
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
If the issue persists, we will have to perform a system recovery as mentioned in step 8 of the same document.
