No Power, No Beep, No Boot

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, I can't seem to figure out what's going on but my desktop just randomly stopped booting up. It literally was working great one minute, then the next time I went to boot I got nothing except for the CPU fan trying to power up. It barely moves then stops almost immediately as the system just quits. I was thinking maybe a bad ps unit? Or maybe Mobo?
