I recommend you perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
Firstly, let's perform a Hard Reset: Follow steps from the link: https://hp.care/2GnkMa8. ( you can skip the next step if computer is not booting up )
Next: Restore BIOS default settings.

I did as you advised me but it did work.
My Pc does'nt switch off and the same page appears (cf photo).
I've lost my OS
