Product: Acer Aspire
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Palm Desktop by ACCESS has lost all Date Book data on signing back in. Other data is still there including Address Book. Normal sync from Palm device, which still has data uo to last sync, by bluetooth isn't working - I am selecting handheld to override desktop only on Date Book. Message from Palm sync is 'unable to initiate Hotsync operation because the port is in use by another application'.
