I got a HP Envy360x 2in1 laptop today and it came with a pen, i got the laptop set up then i went to get the pen running and i put in the battery it came with and it won’t work, i’ve followed all the instructions above to try and get it to work but it won’t, the screen works with my finger but not with my pen.

@kaelynn To use the pen, first insert the battery:

1. Remove the cap of the pen by turning it counter-clockwise (anti-clockwise).

2. Position the battery with the positive end toward the empty pen body.

   

3. Slide the battery into the pen.

   

4. Replace the cap.
