I have a TMobile branded phone. Called the revvlry. It is hit and miss to get it to consistently print from my phone. I do enjoy printing from my email but I have a big project that I am trying to do in sections. I need it front and back. How do I get my phone to connect always.

Let's reset the settings on the Printer: Go to setup menu>tools>restore factory defaults
Once done connect your Printer to your phone.
If issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App on your phone and try again.
