Pixi Ringtone volume

This is not an answer, just adding to your question. I was wondering the same thing regarding the volume on the Pixi. My kids can listen to music on their phones without headphones, but on the Pixi there are a few songs now and then that I can hear with the phone about a foot from my ears, but most it's way too soft. Same with ringtones. I've found one or two that I can usually hear, the rest are too soft. The same ringtones that I can hear are the only ones that successfully wake me up when I use them as an alarm. The volume is up as high as it will go in all cases.
