Price adjustment refund

Hi , 

My order # is HXXXXXXX waiting for the price adjustment from past 30 days no responce after 25 calls , every time i call it takes 40 mins to get a person on line and they say it under proceess , does it takes 30 days to get a refund it say48hours on your service aggrenent why dont you process it or provide the user with correct information. I am so pissed off with your support.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you , Every time I call i waited for almost 40 mins to get a person and after which they say we are processing the payment . I most call'd you for 20 to 25 times which is like 20 hours waiting online to get a Representative. 
and I have a service plan for 3year 24/7 3day but dont have any number to reach for support none of the paper work gave any contact details can you please kindly provide them for me
