Hello kris-nsc,

Can you give me more information about this "CT Hp Provider Electronics Solutions" program?  Are you trying to print the "HP Provider Electronic Solutions" PDF file?

I work for HP.

The size of the print is determined by the font designated in the software, not by the printer. Unfortunately we do not support that software  in this forum, so I don't know how the settings for it are configured.

I am trying to print a report from the hp provider solutions program to the hp printer. I tried to convert the file to a pdf. but it would not let me do it..   I have the electronic solutions on 2 different drives the C drive and the M drive which is connected to an outside server.

When I print a report from the hp provider solution Program on the M drive to our network printers ( both are HPs) the report prints fine.

When I print the report from the hp program to the hp printer on my C driver it gives me the small print.  I need this program on both drives as it contains different information that I need..

It may be that the two software installations are configured differently.

Are you printing this from the Slate7 using the HP ePrint app?  This section is focused on Android Tablets.

The problem has been fixed.  It appears that there was a conflict between the printer and the program.  Even with updated drivers it did not work.. So we had to change the printer and it seems to be working fine.

Thank you so much for your help...
