How do I print something from my Samsung J3 phone to HP deskjet F380? Tried plugging printer to router USB port but phone doesn't connect via wifi. I've downloaded and installed HP plug-ins so should work! Help!

Upon checking I see that the printer does not support mobile printing. Refer to the Printer Specifications for HP Deskjet F300 All-in-One Printers for details.
