Pro x2 410 shuts down when connecting to keyboard

HP Recommended
Pro x2 410 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tablet is off, fully charged and docked to fully charged power keyboard.

I am not able turn on computer.

I undock tablet and am still not able to turn on tablet.

I connect AC adapter to tablet, while tablet is undocked, and I am now able to turn on tablet.

Tablet is fully charged, undocked and turned on.

Power keyboard is fully charged with AC adpater connected.

I connect tablet to keyboard and tablet shuts down immediately without warning.

I undock tablet and tablet will not turn on (I do not feel the 'buzz' when powering on and nothing appears on the screen).

I connect AC power to tablet (while tablet is undocked) and I can now turn on tablet.

I have tried this with two HP Pro x2 410 G1 tablets and this only happens to one of the tablets, not the other so the problem is with the tablet.

I have installed all drivers available for the tablet from the HP website.   And I have installed and run the current HPSA.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Thanks
