Problème Windows 10

To explain the situation to you, I wanted to reset my PC and it didn't work so they asked me to restore the PC, so it downloaded everything and at the end of the download I closed the 2 windows in Thinking it was over, it got this message to me so I called for assistance. They sent me a USB stick with windows 10 on it, but I don't know what to do next, if someone can help me please? Thank you ...

Pour vous expliquer la situation, j'ai voulu réinitialiser mon PC et ça n'a pas marché donc ils m'ont demandé de restaurer le PC, donc ça a tout télécharger et à la fin du téléchargement j'ai fermé les 2 fenêtres en pensant que c'était fini, ça m'a mis ce message et j'ai donc appelé l'assistance. Ils m'ont envoyé une clé USB avec windows 10 dessus, mais je sais pas quoi faire après, si quelqu'un peut m'aider s'il vous plaît? Merci ...

Hi:

You have to boot from the USB recovery drive.

The usual way to do that is as follows...

Plug the W10 recovery drive into a USB port.

Turn on the PC, and immediately tap the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen to get the menu of options.

You may even have to tap the ESC key right after you turn on the PC, and before you see an image on the screen.

Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that select the USB recovery drive.  It may be labeled HP Recovery.

Then press the Enter key, and the PC should boot from the W10 recovery drive, and you will be presented with instructions on how to proceed from there.

Hi:

Select the EFI Boot Device and press the Enter key.

Hopefully, that is the USB flash drive.

If it isn't then the only other suggestion I can offer would be to repeat the steps to get the menu of options.

This time select the F10 setup option, and in the BIOS settings, enable Legacy Mode and disable secure boot.

Save the settings, exit, and do the F9 thing again.

Now you should see a list of Legacy boot devices.   Select the Legacy USB device and press the enter key.

Recovery media works differently on different models.
