HP Recommended
Product: HP Elite x2 1012 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So when I open the camera app, I couldn't have the rear camera working, but the front camera is working just fine.
I've tried to switch to the rear camera, it's either black and blank or it will switch it back to the front camera. 

sfc/scannow, reinstall of camera driver, windows upgrade and defaulting setting in BIOS have been done but the problem still persists. 

Or there is another program to be used to try if it is Windows app problem or driver or hardware? As HP recommends Windows Camera App.


Please do help me as it is important for me to use the camera.
