Repair status not updated

HP Recommended
Spectre x360 13-4193DX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I sent my product in for repair and on the repair website it still says that the expected delivery date of my product is 9/6. I haven't received any notifications about delays and such and I would like to know that status of the repair and what is going on.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post serial numbers and case details.
