Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

If I go for reset this PC, will by personal pictures or data will be erased ?

As I just have 1 drive which is c drive and I dint partioned in before.

And I wnat to reset this PC because had issues with windows 10 updates so now I am unable to login

 

Please let me know if I reset this pc option, would my data erase even though if I choose keep my files ?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

To get the answer to this question, the HP System Recovery or Reset removes all hard drive data and reinstalls the original operating system.

Prepare for system recovery: Before performing a system recovery, review the topics and back up your personal data and files. 

 

Note: After performing a system recovery, HP recommends installing updates through Windows Update. For more information, see HP PCs - Updating Drivers and Software with Windows Update (Windows 10, 8, 7).
