HP webOS

Tried to reset my tablet to factory settings and when it restarted and select the language and connect to my WIFI an error message comes out saying please visit hpwebos.com/support to help solve the problem and when I try to visit the requested website cannot find any solution

Unfortunately there is no good fix.  HP abandoned  the webOS platform and hardware, so the webOS servers are gone and your device is probably best tossed and replaced with a current Android or iOS device.  But this thread linked below might help you bypass the setup process to get your TouchPad working.  I don't know if all the download links still work.  The main problem is that even if it works to bring your TouchPad back to life, the operating system and web browser are out of date and will not work well with many sites today.
