Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was on my laptop when it suddenly switched to look like this. 

I had accidentally spilt a small amount of cleaning agent on my laptop and I assume that's the cause for this.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please shut down the Notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on F10 till you see System Configuration Menu ( BIOS )

 

If the issue persists in BIOS, please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
