I believe the SD card issue occurs for me. When I use the included wall charger. Been using a different wall charger and no problems so far (2 days). The old charger. Soon as I take it off. SD card issue happens for a day or two. Wireless and car charging. No problems? I think it's a driver issue with the Creator update???

@DMatthews

Hi, I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP computer and the SD card reader does not work when the original charger is connected. With a different charger, the SD card works fine. Let me know if I have understood the issue correctly. If not then please elaborate on the issue.

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Please let me know the exact product model no. This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l
  • Was the SD card reader working fine before the Win10 Creator update?

    Please feel free to reply. I'll watch out for your reply. Cheers! 🙂
