Shortcuts are opening from each letter while I type on the keyboard

When I press on each letter on the keyboard the shortcuts will appear on the screen for example when I press B and N button the Get help window will appear .So kindly reply me back if any one know the answer

Have you tried to download the keyboard driver again?

Yes I have tried but it doesn't work

Maybe you need a new keyboard
