@Moonlite06

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out,

As I understand there's no sound on your speakers

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Did you ensure it's turned on and charged?

Do you have any blinking lights anywhere on the device?

While you respond to that, here's what you need to know:

1. Bluetooth® light Blinking blue:

The speaker is in pairing mode. When you turn the speaker on, it automatically attempts to connect to previously paired Bluetooth devices if it is not connected to a device by an audio cable. Blue: The speaker is connected to a Bluetooth device. Red: The speaker is connected to a device via audio cable.

2. Battery light On: The speaker battery is charging. Blinking:

The speaker battery is low. Off: The speaker battery is charged. Fully charge the speaker before first use. If the speaker is idle, it might automatically turn off to save power.

To continue to use the speaker, slide the power switch to the Off position and then slide it to the On position.
