How do I update the email address associated with an old tablet. Email no longer exists. Can't use it, can't get past this screen.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I"ll need a few more details:

What type of account have you created? Is this Microsoft account or local account.

Have you followed any HP Article to get this sorted?

 

In the meantime, I would suggest you follow the steps suggested in the support document for - HP PCs - Unable to Log in to Windows Troubleshooting

 

Could you please respond to this post with the details and with the results of the troubleshooting as this will help me in further assisting you.
