I understand that your HP 10 Tablet G2 - 2301 freezes while playing games. I'll be glad to assist you with this case.

 

Does the tablet freeze on all games or a few particular games?

Does the tablet freezes while not playing games (like working on apps, etc.)?

 

During my research I came across this HP document that helps in resolving performance related issues on Android operating systems on HP tablets. I suggest you to perform the suggested steps in the given order.

 

I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. Let me know how it goes.
