  • Have you tried with a different App?
  • Could you please share the picture of the screen?
  • Have you tried reinstalling the APP?

  1. 12-21-19 - I have tried fully restoring tablet to factory original state. I have tried signing out of Google account and signing back in. I have tried clearing cache, stoping and starting services.  Error code -504 will not allow Google Play services to update.
