Product: Elite x3 phone

  Elite x3 windows 10 phone is not charging when plugged into four different chargers, all of which worked before. It's not the charger or a dirty plug. The phone does charge on the wireless charger.

Had same issue awhile back. Hp must've did an update to phone. It started working again (month later).
