Product: HP STREAM 7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Trying to factory reset my hp 7 stream and have a screen saying a configuration change was requested to clear this comouters IPM thwn giving me the option to touch yes or no, but nothing is happening. The screen has locked and I can't do anything with it. Does anyone know what is going on and how to resolve this. Thanks
