This is only my second post here in the Support community. But I have a question. Is there any possible way to use your hp pc on a tv through HDMI after factory resetting it? I factory reset mine before because I had some games on a 500 gigabyte external storage device and my computer was acting stupid. So I decided to factory reset it while using hdmi and this was with a complete cracked screen. Last time I tried using my computer with a complete cracked screen on a tv through HDMI, it didn't work. I'm wondering if there is any way around this as it is in its factory reset state having to set it up using an HDMI.

Hi @KyleB1950

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the external monitor.

Please try these steps - HP Notebook PCs - Connecting a Monitor, Projector, or TV

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
