Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I purchased my HP on July 27,2019 on Amazon and was never really satisfied with the software, but kept if because I needed it for school. Now, however after sitting in my closet for a few months due to COVID I go to take my Hp out of its case and my charger no longer will go into the charging hole. I don’t understand how it happened when the last I used it, it was perfectly fine. I checked to see if my warranty was still good, which it should since the warranty would end after tomorrow but for some reason it’s saying my warranty is expired. I have tangible proof that I bought it on july 27, 2019 of that means anything
