Where did you buy your machine ? From India or somewher else ? Please call HP in your country using the following phones list

Note: if you bought your machine from other country, HP in India may NOT help you.

Hi,

 

Most likely HP India won't fix your machine. Please contact HP USA, they will give you a case number and instructions how to send your machine to The US to fix.
