Win10 on HP laptop (reinstall)
04-25-2020 08:46 PM

Hey guys.
I have a HP 250 G6 that I’ve just reinstalled using the build in function... oh my oh my all the bloatware!
Can I nuke the laptop with another Win10 installer without F’ing it up?
I know that my own rig can install drives and such with Win10, but how about these BloatWare laptops? Can they run on a clean install instead?
Thanks.

Hi
Dunno.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
and then HP for drivers?
There are possible alternatives...
PowerShell for instance

Hi, @marvelsferb7
Since it is a business-class notebook, companies that may use that model most likely put their own corporate image on it and get rid of the HP image.
It should run just fine using the media creation tool to clean install W10.
Here is the driver page...

I have clean installed Windows 10 on all of my HP business class notebooks and desktop PC's.
They run like well oiled machines.
