Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

An auto windows update occurred and now my 1year old laptop will not work.  Goes to a blue or black screen and tries to repair/restore but it can’t. I have tried to uninstall update and have gone through all of the advanced options but nothing works.  Please help!!!
