Wireless X3000 mouse

Hello,

I have a wireless HP X3000 mouse that I bought about a month and a half ago. The connector USB suddenly broke when I was removing it from my computer (it wiggles) and won’t connect now. Is there a way I can get a replacement USB connector? Or will I have to buy a whole new mouse? The online service says the warranty expired in 2019, which doesn’t make sense because I purchased this mouse in June of 2020

@Destanie2017,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the USB receiver for the wireless mouse is broken and you are looking for a replacement.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that the mouse receivers are not sold separately and you need to purchase a new mouse. As the wireless receiver is broken it is not covered under standard warranty.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
