Won't start up

HP Recommended
HP Stream Laptop 11-ah0XX
Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Did all the reset and diagnostic work that I could and still won't allow me to start up computer

Please try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.
