My sister pushed the power button once by accident and now it won’t turn on but the caps lock light is blinking, can someone please help me and tell me what to do

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • What is the operating system?
  • Are you getting any error message or beep sound?
