Product: Hp stream laptop 14in HD
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got this at Walmart 

Never used and I cant get it to turn on.

I tried the trouble shot but still not turning on.

Please help me. Dont have warranty.

Have you tried connecting it to a different wall outlet to ensure it's not an outlet issue?

 

If the issue persists please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
