On Nov 23rd I ordered a Zbook X2 from HP and was told it would ship by December 22nd. Today is December 24th and it still hasn’t shipped nor has anyone from HP called me to inform me of any delays. I contacted cusfomer support and was told they couldn’t help me through chat and that I should call them on the 26th to ask about the order. What’s HP’s policy on delays? This is very unprofessional. Can anyone help?
