The battery in my Zeen for the HP Photosmart eStation has expanded to the point where the back plate has sprung off and it no longer works nor fits into the printer dock. Without it I can't configure the printer for my new laptop. Help! What do I do?

I see from the post that you are having issues with the Zeen battery on your HP Photosmart printer. Don't worry I'll be glad to help you with this,

 

After reviewing your post, this definitely looks to be a hardware issue, I would personally suggest you contact our HP phone support for available service related options. If your product is out of warranty, please don't forget to choose the paid options to get the tech support number.

 

Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect

Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number. Case number and phone number appear.

They will be happy to assist you immediately.
