Help! I saw this question back in 2015, but all the fixes were sent to the questioners private email. The back and front of my zeen have come unglued and it is not working. I suspect the battery pack expanded. The printer turns on, but I don't think it can be operated without the Zeen (or can it). How can I fix this? Can I get a new Zeen for my printer or is there a fix for this? It looks like the expansion of the battery has caused the Zeen to become unglued in the front & back.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

For anyone following this tread, there is no fix. The printer is now a big brick. HP offered me free ink, but only if I have another HP printer still under warranty. So there is no fix. Since this was a known problem, there should have been a recall.
