Greatings,

 

my slate 21 k-100 touch screen stop working.

to solve the problem I performed a hard  reset and installed  the original factory firmware.

everything wass  ok.

than, I press the reebot system on  the menu.

the machine wont't power on again.

I've tested the power adptor and iit is ok.

the Usb  ports have energy when I press the power botton.

I've trieed all sort oof boton combinatioons and time lapses.

nothing  works.

I understand that your HP Slate is not powering on at all even though the Power Adapter works and you are unable to perform the Reset again.

 

This seems to be a Hardware issue.

 

Please contact our Phone Support for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Click on "Continue as guest". 
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Click on "Show Options". 
Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

I Have a HP Slate 21 running on Android. I did a (power off) factory reset. It cannot boot up and stays with the HP icon screen.
