windows 7 HP Spectre xt 19.5V 3.33A

 

Mon chien a briser mon ac adapter il y a un ans , 

 

la semaine derniere je me suis procurer un ac adapter chez CAnada computer 19.5V 3.33A.

 

l'ordinateur fonctione quand il est branché mais indique 0% batterie branché , pas en charge.

 

???

 

avant l'incident du chien, l'ordinateur fonctionais parfaitement,  aucune faiblaisse de la baterie.

 

ordinateur jamais laisser sur alimentation en continue.

My Odg break ma ac adapter a year ago,

 

last week i got a new ac adapter 19.5V 3.33A at canada computer

 

the laptop work good when  is plugged in but shows 0% battery plugged in , not in charge.

 

Before the dog incident , the computer functioned perfectly with battery 100% functional.

 

computer never leave on continuous power ( plugged in the wall ) only for recharge de battery ....

 

Help please

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery is not getting charged and you are getting plugged in not charging message.

 

I’d love to help!

 

Follow the below steps to fix this issue.

 

Reinstalled Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery under device manager.

 

Here is how you do it.

 

Step 1: Click the Windows “Start” button and right-click “Computer.”

Step 2: Click “Manage,” then “Device Manager.”

Step 3: Click the “Batteries” section. A list of devices will appear.

Step 4: Right-click the “Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery” device and click “Uninstall.”

Step 5: Click the “Action” menu item and “Scan for Hardware Changes” to reinstall the driver.

 

Restart the computer and the issue should be fixed.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend you update the bios the from the below link and test.
