hello, after each opening laptop, battery is reduced by 4%. i don't know if that was normal.

Hi there,

 

Once the battery is fully charged, the notebook allows the battery to discharge a small amount to conserve battery capacity. When the charge level reaches 90-95%, the computer begins charging to full charge again.

 

This is referenced in the "HP Notebook PCs - Improving Battery Performance (Windows) document.  If the battery charge drops 4% time after time when you open it, you may want to review the additional information in the " HP Notebook PCs - Testing and Calibrating the Battery (Windows)" document.
