faulty update by hp

i have an hp slate 6 6002 ra voice tab recently i have got a notification that system update download complete reboot the phone so i reboot yhe phone and due to this faulty update notification my phone is not working instead it shows the factory reset screen so, i contact hp support team to trobleshoot they give me a service token number (removed content) with this number i went to servicing centre but neither servicing centre nor hp support team help me to trobleshoot this issue . i think i have done a great mistake by buying HP product

If same, you can performing, two options, of reset.

i have contact both hp support assistant and servicing centre but but of them not willing to help my problem. i don't know why they are not willing to troubleshoot my problem. the phone is in under warranty

untill now i didn't received any message regarding my case detail and information. i don't think HP will fixed my problem. if this is happened for the product which is under warranty. i feel very sorry for those people which is out of warranty. i think the business of HP smartphone will be no longer if the harrashment of the custumer will not solved as soon as possible.

RIP HP smartphone.
