Product: hp slate 10 hd

i buy a hp slate 10 hd a few years ago (2015) , but i dind t work with the tablet. now i pick the tablet and dont work, i try to install kitkat system and dont accept can you help to install the correct system . i cant see the model of the tablet, i know is slate 10 hd , 3500sp from . i can t see the serial number.

can you help me find the correct system to install in tablet from sd card.

Yes, I leave changing all night and show the draw of charging
