I bought a HP Slate 7, and I would like to connect an USB modem 3G to my Slate 7.
I understand this is possible, but I would like to have detailed direccitions on how to make this .....
I also have the cable or adapter (Micro USB Male to USB female). I also downloaded the PPP Widget application form "Google Play", but when I launch the app, i get the message "No root access".
I wait for the comment from someone who can help me ...
Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, I think that won't be possible. I'm not an expert and I never have done what you are saying.
I say this only because what you want to do requires the use of the micro usb port. According to this and this, this tablet does not support external USB devices.
If it makes feel you any better, I also tried countless ways to connect a keyboard case to my Slate 7 and was really disappointed to now that it would never work.

This means, neither will be possible to connect a memory USB to HP Slate 7 ?
I have found a lot of comments in forums saying this is possible, with android tablet.
If by "memory USB" you mean a USB flash drive, no this is not possible.
There is a micro SD slot in the device for extra storage.
