Hi,
Please be aware that this is not supported by HP and you try it at your own risk.
Try entering: e9luvx1te3 ( Note that the 3rd character is a lower case L )

wow now thats great to read and hear a HP tech personal telling the truth and really helping someone in distruaht situation this just gave me hope not to give up on my issue thanks.
