my pavilion 15-n020us password reset fails and i do not get a "system disable code/number" to provide to someone to give me a temporary (?) password to use.  After it fails password entry it goes to a number of HP auto repair screens and none give me a solution.  What else can I do?

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

 

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • What password are you referring to? (Windows or Bios)
  • You are having issue Microsoft account password or local account.
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
